Refunds on retail items (non custom orders)
Due to the nature of our unique pieces where every piece is hand made to order, a request to return any retail orders must be e-mailed to us within 7 days of receiving the order. Please inspect the piece(s) and decide upon receiving them if you would like an exchange or refund. Refunds are only given if the pieces have not been worn. Absolutely no refunds are given on worn jewelry. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied on all returns of regular retail items if they are sold and sent as described. ***If you have any concerns, please e-mail us directly at MidwinterCo@gmail.com, and we can work with you to pick your own stone, or discuss your needs.

Exchanges on retail items
A request to exchange any retail orders must be e-mailed to us within 7 days of receiving the order. The item(s) must be returned unworn and in original packaging within two weeks of receiving them item, and you will pay return shipping and insurance. Please return items to us in the condition sent in order to avoid any fees.

Repairing orders under $1500 - Free for the first 6 months, and flat fees will apply for next 4.5 years $5-25 depending on metal. Missing stones diamonds will not be replaced for free, but we offer the stone replacement with zero profit, giving you the best possible deal.
Celestial diamond rings, and custom work (over $1500)
Restocking fee: 30%
Refunds not accepted after 5 days of delivery.
After 5 days with no contact, we are going to assume your piece has fully satisfied you, and we will no longer offer a refund.
Custom Item Exchanges
Exchange fee: 10%
If you want to exchange for the same or a different item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. You will pay return shipping and shipping the new item(s) to you. You might also pay a 10-30% restocking fee on the original item.
After 5 days with no contact, we are going to assume your piece has fully satisfied you, and we will no longer offer an open exchange.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs to and from our studio.
- Domestic Orders (US) price range from free shipping to expedited, through USPS.
- International Orders (outside of the US) price ranges based on location, through USPS.
- Your country may require VAT/import fees at customs. You are solely responsible for these fees.
- We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
- You must provide a reliable, secure shipping address. If it is returned to us, you will pay to ship it again.
- After delivery has been made, we are not responsible for loss or claims of undelivered goods. Please choose signature delivery option at checkout to avoid any loss issues.
If there is loss for any reason at all, we cannot cover this loss or create a replacement. If there is loss of parts/pieces for repair, you will be charged for the value of the replacement pieces.
