This item purchase is an upgrade to our warranty, that has limited coverage depending on your purchase price, and does not cover stone replacement. Although wear and tear is normal, and as a business, we automatically cover some repairs, you are to pay shipping to and from our studio and for any additional repairs or replacements. We chose to work with Jewelers Mutual to give you a more comprehensive plan so that you can wear your piece always - wear and tear without worry. They even cover shipping costs to and from our studio, and placing a claim is easy.
