Return, Exchange & Cancellation Information

Purchasing a Midwinter Co. piece means you agree to the following policies: 

 


If you decide to purchase just a stone while you decide on a setting, you have 7 days to cancel. If you decide to cancel after 7 days there will be a $250 fee.

Cancellations can not be made after 21 days.

 We understand wanting to see a piece before committing to it, which is why we offer a return option for our "ready to size and ship" pieces. However, our pieces are one-of-a-kind and any resizing or metal changes are considered customizations. Pieces that are customized cannot be returned. Anything customized for you is just for you.

Please consider coming to visit us at our studio in Wilmington, Delaware to view stones and settings in person! We are also happy to do a Zoom appointment or send videos to help you with your purchase - simply reach out to hello@midwinter.co.

 You are responsible for shipping any returns back to our studio. You must purchase shipping insurance and provide tracking information.


$25 return fee for domestic orders
 $100 return fee for international orders* 
*International clients are also responsible for paying any customs, duties or other additional fees that may be included when shipping products back to our studio.
