Shipping Info & Policies
Shipping is FREE within USA for orders over $65
Other rates are $4.50 to $26, depending on your shipping option. We often pay more than we charge you, and we do not charge for packaging or processing.
We ship with the United States Postal Service every day. Shipping times vary depending on the time needed to hand make your purchase.
Items are handmade/processed to order, in order of orders placed. Generally you can expect your item to arrive within 10 business days after your purchase or longer if within the US. Some items ship out next day. Please contact us if you need something fast to make sure we can make it happen.
Your purchase will be tracked and delivery confirmed. You will receive tracking information via email when we ship. All purchases will be insured for it's value, and the cost for that is included in the shipping price. Insurance may not appear on the label, as we often use a 3rd party insurance. Your item will come in a gift box and/or lovely muslin mag, depending on the needs of the item.
Shipping insurance will be responsible for postal loss or damage. We are not responsible for loss after delivery.
The higher shipping rate is for USPS priority + tracking + delivery confirmation.
The lower priced shipping is simply to ship first class. We can not be held responsible for any loss or damage for items shipped without tracking or delivery confirmation.
International shipping prices range from $8.50 to $95 based on your location, and shipping times.
International customers, by purchasing you are agreeing to the following: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information. To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges.
Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
We do not refund original shipping charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
