Items under $1000 while also in stock

  • Return: 15% restocking fee + store credit for the remaining balance. Must be returned within 7 business days of delivery, and be unworn
  • Exchange: No exchange fee, must be exchanged within 14 business days of delivery, and be unworn
  • Metal Repair*: No fee for 90 days, must return to our studio for repair. Metal Repair is limited to: Band breakage/snap, Oblong shape without stones on the band, Main stone prong replacement, Adding metal to the band
  • Stones: Will replace lost stones at our wholesale cost for the first year.
  • Stone issues: All stones can be scratched or chipped. We do not guarantee our stones against the damage caused by day to day wear, as that is our of our control. You can consider purchasing ring insurance to replace your stones from Jewelers Mutual, which for a $1000 ring can be around $20 a year.
  • Resize: No fee for the first resize. If a new casting is required, a $200 fee may be charged. Some designs require new castings as they are not resizable. Please consider grabbing a FREE RING SIZER.
  • Others: Additional fees will apply for shipping, updates, changes, or upgrades
  • *Warranty voided if piece was taken to another jeweler for repair other than resize. We cannot guarantee anyone else's work. 

Items over $1000 and bespoke (made to order) piece of any price  

  • Return: 30% restocking fee, must be returned within 7 business days of delivery, and be unworn
  • Exchange: 15% exchange fee, must be exchanged within 14 business days of delivery, and be unworn

Custom work with custom setting and/or custom found diamond.

When we create your custom ring, we cannot offer a return or exchange. Custom work is for those that know what they love and work with us to make it happen. The workmanship put into your design is special for only you. If there is any damage upon shipment, we absolutely will take the steps to make it right.
